Royal Wolf designed and delivered 49 transportable 40-foot container facilities to support new mining operations, including offices and change houses for staff, enabling efficient use of previously underutilised ore beds.
To support operations on newly valuable ore beds, Royal Wolf delivered modular site facilities designed for rapid on-site installation and long-term durability. The two-level Integrated Mine Control Centre provided offices, meeting areas, and open workspaces, while the male and female change houses offered fully equipped amenities including showers, toilets, lockers, skylights, insulation, and air-conditioning, ensuring staff had safe, functional, and comfortable spaces in a remote mining environment.
Advancements in mining technologies made previously uneconomical ore beds valuable resources. However, these sites were traditionally occupied by essential facilities, requiring new transportable infrastructure that could be installed without disrupting operations.
Royal Wolf were asked to tailor-design and deliver new transportable facilities.
The new site facilities require a total of 49 x 40’ containers and include the following buildings:
The image above is the first of many to arrive at the mining site and was installed by the customer. Fantastic effort to all involved.
